Marine Parts Outlet
Official Fraud Prevention, Business Impersonation & Customer Payment Security Notice
Effective Date: November 6, 2026

Marine Parts Outlet (“MPO”) is issuing this notice to inform customers and the public that we are aware of fraudulent individuals and unauthorized parties impersonating our business. These parties may misuse our business name, contact information, logo, or other identifying details to create false advertisements, websites, invoices, messages, payment requests, or other communications.

Our goal is to help customers recognize potential scams, verify that they are communicating with the legitimate Marine Parts Outlet, and avoid sending money or personal information to unauthorized parties.

1. Official Marine Parts Outlet Information

Marine Parts Outlet is a legitimate retail business located at:

Marine Parts Outlet
3384 SE Dixie Hwy
Stuart, FL 34997
Telephone: (772) 283-3433

Email: mpo@marinepartsoutlet.com
Official Website: https://www.marinepartsoutlet.com/

Customers should use the contact information above to independently verify any communication, offer, invoice, or payment request that claims to come from Marine Parts Outlet.

2. Our Authorized Online Presence

Marine Parts Outlet’s official website is www.marinepartsoutlet.com.
Our only authorized third-party online marketplace is our official eBay store. MPO does not authorize unrelated third-party websites, marketplace accounts, social media sellers, or other online listings to represent or conduct business on our behalf.
If you encounter a website, seller, listing, or online account claiming to represent Marine Parts Outlet and are unsure whether it is legitimate, please contact our office before proceeding.
3. Notice of Fraudulent Activity and Business Impersonation
Marine Parts Outlet has become aware of fraudulent activity involving individuals or unauthorized parties falsely representing themselves as our business. Such activity may include, but is not limited to:

  • Using the Marine Parts Outlet name, logo, business information, or other identifying details without authorization.

  • Creating fraudulent websites, email addresses, social media profiles, or online marketplace listings.

  • Advertising products, inventory, or special pricing that is not genuinely offered by MPO.

  • Sending false quotations, invoices, order confirmations, or shipping information.

  • Requesting deposits, wire transfers, electronic payments, or other forms of payment under false pretenses.

  • Misrepresenting an affiliation with MPO or claiming to be an employee, representative, agent, or authorized business partner.

These activities are not authorized by Marine Parts Outlet. Customers should be cautious of unexpected offers, unusually low prices, urgent payment demands, or communications that cannot be independently verified.

4. Customer Verification and Communication Security

Fraudulent communications may appear convincing and may use business names, logos, email addresses, telephone numbers, or other information that resembles legitimate company communications.
Customers should not assume that a message, invoice, website, or payment request is authentic simply because it contains MPO's name or identifying information.
To protect yourself, we recommend that you:

  • Verify unexpected communications directly with our office.

  • Confirm product availability, pricing, and order details before submitting payment.

  • Independently verify changes to payment instructions or banking information.

  • Avoid clicking suspicious links or opening unexpected attachments.

  • Do not provide personal, financial, or account information to unverified individuals.

  • Contact MPO using the telephone number listed in this notice rather than relying solely on contact details provided in a questionable message.

If anything about a transaction or communication seems unusual, stop and contact our office before proceeding.

5. Payment Security and Authorization Procedures

Marine Parts Outlet takes payment security seriously and encourages customers to verify all payment arrangements before sending funds.
MPO provides payment authorization options for customers with established accounts through our office. Any payment authorization form, payment instructions, or related documentation must be obtained directly from Marine Parts Outlet.
Customers should contact our office to confirm the authenticity of any payment request, invoice, authorization form, or change in payment instructions before completing a transaction.
Marine Parts Outlet does not authorize unknown individuals, fraudulent websites, or unrelated third parties to collect payments or issue payment instructions on its behalf.
Customers should be especially cautious of requests involving urgent deposits, unusual payment methods, last-minute changes to payment instructions, or payments to individuals or accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to the intended recipient.

6. No Affiliation, Endorsement, or Authorization of Unauthorized Parties

Marine Parts Outlet is not affiliated with, associated with, or responsible for individuals, companies, websites, social media accounts, or online sellers that falsely claim to represent our business.
Unless expressly confirmed through our official business channels, MPO has not authorized such parties to:

  • Advertise or sell products on behalf of Marine Parts Outlet.

  • Use our business name, logo, branding, or identifying information.

  • Issue quotations, invoices, receipts, or order confirmations in our name.

  • Accept payments, deposits, or other funds on our behalf.

  • Represent themselves as MPO employees, agents, representatives, or authorized partners.

Any claim of authorization or affiliation by an unknown or unverified party should be independently confirmed with our office.

Marine Parts Outlet encourages customers and members of the public to report suspected impersonation, fraudulent communications, or unauthorized use of our business identity.
Reports may be submitted by contacting our office using the official contact information provided in Section 1.

When possible, please include relevant information such as:

  • The name, email address, telephone number, or account used by the suspected party.

  • The website, social media page, or marketplace listing involved.

  • Copies or screenshots of suspicious advertisements, messages, invoices, or payment requests.

  • Any other information that may help us identify and document the activity.

  •

Please do not send passwords, complete payment card numbers, or other sensitive personal or financial information when reporting an incident.

8. Protection of Business Identity and Legal Rights

Marine Parts Outlet takes the unauthorized use of its business identity, name, branding, and identifying information seriously.

MPO reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable federal and Florida law to address fraudulent impersonation, deceptive business practices, unauthorized use of business identifiers, false representations, and other unlawful conduct.

Depending on the circumstances, such activity may implicate laws including:

  • Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act — Florida Statutes, Chapter 501, Part II.

  • Florida Registration and Protection of Trademarks Act — Florida Statutes, Chapter 495.

  • Lanham Act — 15 U.S.C. § 1125, concerning certain false or misleading representations and designations of origin.
